How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, apply a promo if you have one, enter your details, and send the order on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, shipping, and payment personally.
Do you ship to the USA?
Many items ship across Canada and the USA. However, selected products — especially festival kits, fresh puja items, and Ganesh Chaturthi pre-bookings — are limited to Ontario or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only. Your cart and checkout will show any delivery restrictions before you pay.
Which products ship only within the GTA?
Products marked for GTA-only delivery (including our Ganesh Chaturthi festival range) can be shipped only within the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and nearby communities. Pickup in Guelph may be offered for festival pre-bookings. Use a valid GTA postal code at checkout.
Are flowers and leaves fresh?
Fresh floral items are prepared for dispatch with care. Timing and substitutions (if needed) are communicated before confirmation.
Can temples order wholesale?
Yes. Register under B2B for temples, event organizers, and companies, or submit a quote request.
How do promo codes work?
Enter a valid code in your cart. Discounts apply before you send the WhatsApp order. Validity and minimums are set by our team.
